DO I NEED A BOATING LICENSE TO OPERATE A BOAT IN FLORIDA?

In order to operate a motorboat often (10) horsepower or greater, Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the FWC. Florida does not have a separate “boating license.”

DO YOUR BOATS HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. All our Boats have a full coverage insurance with a deductible of 1000$. Insurance is already included in the price.

HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

For Insurance purpose we have to keep a Security Deposit in the amount of 1000$. The Security Deposit can be deposited in cash or by credit card (hold) for the duration of your rental.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Our All Inclusive pricing includes the Instruction, Insurance, SeaTow and Cleaning. No hidden fees.
Sales Tax and Fuel are excluded.
15% Surcharge will be applied for the week of Christmas and Easter

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

In case of cancellation prior to the first day of rental period following conditions apply

• more than 60 days: free of charge
• less than 60 days: 20% (deposit)
• less than 30 days: 100% (total rental fee)

We will try our best to reschedule your booking if you have to cancel on short note. If we are not able to reschedule due to other bookings you may receive a voucher valid up to 1 year to reschedule at a later time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BOAT HAS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM?

In the unlikely event that your boat has a mechanical Problem we will try our best to meet you with a replacement boat as soon as possible. If no replacement is available you will receive a partial refund. All our Boats are part of the SeaTow Membership in case the Boat needs to get towed back to our docks.

DO YOU DELIVER THE BOAT TO MY VACATION RENTAL?

Yes, we are more than happy to deliver the Boat to your vacation rental. Just mention the delivery at your reservation request. Depending on distance and location there will be an additional fee for the delivery.

ARE 1 DAY RENTALS AVAILABLE AS WELL?

We do 1 Day rentals as well depending on Season and Availability. Just send us a request and we will check the dates.
